I improved my skills in culinary art under the guidance of the best chefs and sushi specialists in Prague and Bratislava. However, I learned the most during my stays in Japan, where I had the opportunity to learn about the culture and specialties of home cooking directly from the masters of the craft.
I understood how the Japanese live and eat, and I passed all of my experiences to the guests for more than 10 years as a chef in multiple Japanese restaurants in Slovakia. Like any person who likes challenges, I wanted to move further. Therefore, I decided to open my own restaurant, in which I will be happy to share my skills with you in the form of a unique gastronomic experience or in the form of workshops for avid hobby chefs.
